The logbook is intended to demonstrate the breadth of clinical experience gained during the fellowship. It should be completed throughout the year and discussed regularly with your Educational Supervisor. The purpose is not simply to record numbers, but to evidence the range of patients, clinical settings and supportive oncology experiences encountered.
